Refunds
At MX Graphics we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, every time you shop with us. Occasionally, you may wish to return an item, so we provide a seven day returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please inform us in writing that you wish to return the item to us. This should be within seven days of receipt and the item must be unused and in its original, sealed, packaged condition. No refund can be given after this 7 day period.
Please return items to the address below with a copy of your invoice and / or your name, address and invoice number, stating if you require a refund or an exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by MX Graphics. Therefore, we recommend that you return your item by recorded delivery. The cost of returning items for the reasons above is your responsibility.
Please note that we do not accept returns for customised graphics and other customised products that have been made specifically for you.
Non Delivery
Please allow 5 working days for domestic deliveries and 10 working days for international deliveries. If your item does not arrive within the specified timescale then in the first instance either telephone our office on (UK) 01342 811480 or e mail info@mxgraphics.co.uk
Damaged / Defective or Incorrect item
If you receive a damaged item, or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Under these circumstances, we will exchange the product at our expense and refund your return postage costs. If you receive a product which is subsequently found to be defective, you should contact us immediately for further instruction.

Please note, if you are returning an item from overseas you should mark your parcel with “RETURNED GOODS OF UK ORIGIN” to allow for UK Customs clearance. MX Graphics will not accept returned goods which have incurred Customs charges.
All returned products will be inspected and, if necessary, returned to the manufacturer. In the event that no fault is found, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and recover any expenses incurred.
