Shipping & Delivery

MX Graphics is dedicated to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied every time that you shop with us, and this includes our delivery service.

Many products are kept in stock, ready for dispatch. If an order is placed for a stock item before midday, your order will be dispatched the same afternoon.

For customised items such as number plates and graphics kits please refer to the product description for the current lead time required for printing.

For U.K. deliveries small postal items, such as graphics kits, are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked service. Often, the item will be delivered the next working day, although this does depend on the Post Office’s seasonal workload. Larger items, such as plastics kits, are sent via our carrier Interlink Express. For the UK mainland, this is generally a next working day service, although deliveries may take two working days to areas in Northern Scotland.

For overseas orders, graphics kits & other postal items are sent via Royal Mail’s International Signed-for service. Larger items are shipped via Interlink Express. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping to destinations that do not form part of the mainland of the country selected, i.e. colonies & islands.

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and all deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on actual delivery times. A signature is required for all deliveries, so someone must be at your postal address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm. If you are out when your order arrives, a card will be left with instructions on how to obtain your parcel. We will not be liable for additional postage costs due to re-deliveries.

It is possible to have a guaranteed next day or Saturday delivery, both of which will incur an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange these services.

Please allow five working days for domestic deliveries and fourteen working days for international deliveries before reporting a non-delivery.

Cost of shipping

To calculate the shipping cost of your order, please place all items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. Before you are asked for your payment information, you will be advised of the shipping cost. Free delivery is calculated automatically on all applicable orders. For countries not listed, please contact us for shipping costs.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is applicable on telephone & internet orders over £100 to England, Scotland and Wales only. Unfortunately, our free shipping offer does not apply to carrier items, such as plastics kits, to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or any offshore locations. Please be assured that our shipping costs are kept as low as possible to these locations.
